To ensure an optimal learning space for all participants of the course/workshop class, basic conditions must be respected. By paying this I confirm that I have read, understood and agreed to the conditions of registration for the course/class/workshop. – The student will participate in the classes when he is positioned frontally in front of the computer screen, and his face and neck can be seen clearly (sufficient lighting). (This is a necessary and important pedagogical condition for interaction in the class and its success). -During the lesson, the student will make sure to respect the shared learning space and avoid phone calls, background noises, ringing and other disturbances. In the event of any of these, the student will be asked to turn off their microphone immediately or the teacher will do so. – The student commits to language and behavior that respects the class space – the other students and the teacher. – It is not possible for another person to stay in the learning space with the student during the lesson. – Classes in which the student does not participate will not be returned to him, nor will the payment for them, and it is not possible to transfer them to another person/student. – If lessons are canceled by the teacher, if due to technical problems on the part of the teacher (internet connection/zoom/other technical function), or for any other reason, a substitute lesson/lessons will be given in their place at another time. A notice of lesson cancellation will be sent on the group WhatsApp. – It is recommended to join the class a few minutes before it starts (there is a waiting room for each class) and verify the functioning of the technical tools. – A student who does not respect these conditions or interferes with the normal course of the lessons – the Ulpan may stop his participation in the course/class/workshop. Conditions for canceling a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law: – For each registration, a NIS 35 registration fee will be charged in addition to the price of the course/lesson/workshop. Those who pay in installments will be charged an additional NIS 15 for the payment fee. Registration fees and payment fees will not be refunded upon cancellation of registration . – A student can cancel registration within 14 days from the day of registration, and no later than 21 days before the start of the lesson/course/workshop (including Shabbat and holidays) from the day the course starts. The student understands that the number of participants is limited and upon registration, his place is reserved, thus preventing another student from being admitted to the class/course/workshop. In case of cancellation, NIS 100 or 5% of the total payment will be charged – whichever is lower. Registration fees will not be refunded. Payment fees will not be refunded. – The student undertakes to participate in the full course for which he is registered (since upon registration his place is reserved and another student is prevented from participating in the class/workshop course – due to a limited number of places), in special cases where the student is unable to participate in the course/class/workshop for which he is registered for reasons beyond his control, the refund will be made as follows: In case of cancellation of participation after the start of the course/workshop – the student will be refunded the amount minus the lessons that have not yet been completed (past classes in which the student did not participate are not eligible for a refund) minus a cancellation fee of NIS 100 / 5% of the total credit – whichever is lower. Registration fees and Payments fees will not be refunded In any case of a refund/credit – the student will be required to present a payment receipt/invoice.
